SUPER SUMMER DEAL AT GARAGE: TASTE THE RACE

With its position right on the Yas Marina Circuit, aptly named Garage is well placed to set up a fabulous summer grid, with food in the front row!

Choose either a 3 or 5-course tasting menu, with dishes highlighting 5 Grand Prix locations: Japan, Singapore, Abu Dhabi, USA, and Italy. Each menu has a great selection of starters and mains, aside from Italy – they’re all about the desserts.

Start with a hiss and a roar - Japan’s tuna tataki is high on both aesthetics and taste: incredibly soft tuna dressed in a sauce bursting with umami is an excellent combination. The salmon donburi comes in a cast iron lidded pan so that you get the full effect of the fragrant steam coming from the bowl while the giant, meaty, Singaporean chilli prawns are dressed in a light chilli tomato sauce and served with warm mantou rolls – yum!

The creamy laksa with rich coconut broth was packed with perfectly cooked noodles, making it the ultimate spicy comfort food we want to tuck into again and again.

The mezze platter from Abu Dhabi is also beautiful to look at and the lamb pita is packed with well seasoned tender chunks of lamb.

From the USA, choose the Tex Mex platter, which comes with fall-off-the-bone short-rib, smoky beef chorizo, Cajun chicken bites and of course fries and pickles!

Finish with a taste of dolci from Italy: the baba au rhum is soaked in an orange syrup is excellent, while the chocolate cannoli are the perfect sweet ending to our Grand Prix journey.

There really is something for every taste on this menu, and even better, there is zero compromise on quality or authenticity.

And if we had to pick a favourite? It might be the tuna tataki with a chaser of cannoli!
